Sandy will be Northwestern University’s first point of contact and is involved in all aspects of the initial project and any Day 2 services. She directs our internal team and is responsible for the overall relationship with Northwestern University and the success of the project.

Peggy will be Northwestern University’s secondary point of contact and will provide back-up support and direction to the internal team. Peggy will act as a secondary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Russell will provide executive-level oversight and champion resource, relationship, and account/project needs. He will cultivate and strengthen stakeholder relationships and shared commitment to project success.

Keri will consult and collaborate with the client, project leaders and team to design and specify creative, functional solutions. Keri will create drawings and renderings. Keri will engage with stakeholders to execute quality design solutions in line with the client and project requirements.

Joan will be the dedicated Project Manager and lead the project from start to finish. Joan will collaborate with the project team to assure we stay on-time and within budget. Joan will conduct product double-checks, attend all construction meetings, and manage all deliveries and labor in the field logistics.

Sandy will manage quote and order entry, oversee order logistics, and provide exceptional customer support for the project. With over 30 years of experience and a decade-long collaboration with Sandy Gagliano, this dynamic duo has cultivated seamless communication and unmatched efficiency in project operations. As the dedicated customer service contact, Sandy will ensure consistent support and offer dependable backup to keep project status updates and reporting on track.

As Regional Manager of Allsteel, Christine serves as your direct connection to all levels of leadership across HNI and Allsteel. Her focus is on aligning the right resources to support Northwestern University projects, ensuring we meet service expectations at every stage. Her passion lies in creating a seamless and positive project experience, driven by collaboration and accountability across our teams. Christine joined Allsteel in 2015 and brings 20 years of experience in the design/construction industry.

Brooke came to Allsteel in 2014 and has spent the last ten years with Allsteel as a Business Development Manager of Public Sector in the Midwest. She has over twenty years of experience working with Higher Education in Illinois and ten years focused on Higher Education and Public Sector throughout the Midwest. In addition, Brooke has four years of interior design experience in the Chicago market, and wrote a Higher Education CEU, “The Administrative Workplace: Balancing the Needs of Many”.
